I truly apologize for being absent from my blog these past  couple of days, but as you all know from my Announcement && a giveaway post that I am currently moving to a new apartment. So it has been hectic, stressful and just plain tiring.

My name is Sarah and I blog over at Life in a Break Down I'm a 20 something year old (getting to close to 30 to want to admit it) I live with my other half Ash and our 3 pets - Sally the dog, Artie the Syrian Hamster and Robbie the Roborovski Hamster.

How did you come up with your blog’s name?

It's a bit of a play on words I suffer with mental health problems and I was writing about my life so it seemed like a perfect partnership - a lot of people don't work it out though it always makes me smile when people do :).

What kind of posts do you write?

I write about a little bit of everything really whatever takes my fancy as it is after all my place to remember good things.

Anything special going on with your blog?

I run a weekly blog hop over the weekend called I Love My Post where you can link up your favorite post from the past 7 days.

Any new products that you have tried that you would recommend to us?

"I'm totally in love with Mastic Spa at the moment - they are a Greek company that make products with Mastic and are trying to spread there wings over the world and honestly I adore the products they sent me try.

What items are you lusting over?

"There is so much I want at the moment I wrote a post the other day though about Rachel Boston and her jewelry and I need some in my life!
