    ...whoops didn't answer the question. Tie between Starbucks (because then I could actually justify going there so often) and Sephora (because I could replace the beloved 30$ bare minerals blush I got as a gift).

    I think I would use it in Starbucks, maybe Sephora since I can order from their webpage :)

    Target. I wish I could say Sephora, for some frivolous makeup spending, but money is too tight right now- I'd need it for stuff like toilet paper. Yay!

    Torn between sephora and target. But I think Ill go with sephora, I dont have much makeup and I think the 40 I could take a long way to getting some nice stuff. Not to mention the things they have listed are very pretty :D Thank you for this opportunity
