Lonely Boy

For this week's GG post I thought we would 'spice" things up and move from the Upper East Side all the way across the bridge to Brooklyn. This week I am introducing you to Dan Humphrey.

"Dan "Lonely Boy" Humphrey is the son of rocker Rufus Humphrey, and is the older sibling of Jenny Humphrey. His best friend is Vanessa Abrams, who is secretly in love with him. Dan and his family reside in Brooklyn. He is a writer and attends the St. Jude's School for boys. He has longed for Serena van der Woodsen since a party when they were fifteen and she was the only person who was nice to him. During the beginning of the show Dan has had somewhat of a disgust towards Serena's childhood best friend Blair Waldorf, however as the seasons progressed he develops a close friendship with her."-via

I love Dan's style, his style is very down to earth but still very stylish. It goes with his character. I LOVE the first picture! I think that guys that wear blazers with jeans look so HOT :)

                      The things I love/hate about Dan:

1.His haircut

After Season 3 all hell broke loose. Just kidding, but no really. He went from looking EXTREMELY hot to looking like he couldn't afford to get a haircut. Even right now in season 6 (which the picture doesn't show) his haircut is terrible and every time I see it I just want to scream!

2.His brotherly love

He seemed to be the perfect brother by rescuing his baby sister, going shopping for her and just simply loving her and looking out for her. Then things changed. (That is all I am going to say because I do not want to give anything away to those who haven't seen all the episodes)

3. His book

Don't get me wrong, I am very proud of Dan for not giving up on his dreams and becoming a writer.  But his booked really changed him, and I hate what the things he is doing to get his 2nd book published is a big no no! (*cough cough* Season 6 *cough cough*)
